NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Dipton Community Association will be held at Dipton Jubilee Centre, Front Street, Dipton, DH9 9DR, on Tuesday 12th July, 2022, at 7pm to conduct the following business:

Welcome address by the Chair
Apologies
Minutes of the previous AGM
Matters arising from the previous minutes
Receive and adopt the annual report and audited financial statement for the year ending 31st December 2021
Consider and approve the appointment of Auditors for the year 2023
Ratify admission and appointment of new charity trustees
Any other business
Closing Remarks
Copies of the annual report, audited accounts and details of persons standing for election or re-election as trustees are available to current members and will be made available to the general public at the meeting. Nominations for a position of trustee should be made in writing to the Association Secretary at the above email address, no later than Saturday 9th July. It should include the full name and address of the nomination, proposer and seconder.
